We take a collaborative admissions approach at KABAS to ensure that our families' goals and priorities for their child are embedded into their Individualized Learning Plans from the beginning. We also want to make sure that KABAS is an appropriate fit for each of our students. The steps for adminits are described detail below.

To begin, parents must submit the "pre-enrollment form" linked here for your convenience. Once we receive an application is received, the Program Director reviews it and contacts the family for a follow-up meet and greet as a part of the adminission process. If for any reason KABAS not considered the "best fit" for a learner, we will provide families with further resources and recommendations.

The next step in the admission process is the meet and greet with the Program Director. Parents will be encouraged to visit our school with their child in this step. KABAS Classroom Instructors will provide childcare and begin to build a relationship with the learner. The instructors will also assess the child's present levels of performance while parents meet with the Program Director.

Finally, once the family and Program Director determine that KABAS is the best fit for them, parents will sign any final documents and contracts. Students will begin their first day at KABAS after all the necessary documents have been submitted.
