Clinical Advisor
Ray'Chelle Pearson is a master level Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Michigan. She received her MA in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She has implemented applied behavior analysis interventions in homes and clinic settings to support independence, happiness and success of children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ray’Chelle is committed to continued education and growth opportunities to help better serve her clients and help behavior technicians grow. Ray’Chelle brings in a wealth of knowledge with her previous experience with high challenging behavior learners. Outside of work, Ray’Chelle likes to spend time with her friends and family, play with her dog and travel.
